We are still deep in a pandemic and right now there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight. This pandemic is truly stripping many of us of the positivity we need and that we give to ourselves. One of the things that have helped me is MUSIC.

We all know it helps. That’s the reason so many gravitated to DJ Nice Instagram parties and why we all look forward to the next Verzus battle. Music is therapeutic. Music is a nice distraction. Music speaks the words our heart is feeling.
Listening to the right music can change your mood instantly and/or give you hope for the next minute/day/year. With that in mind, I created a motivational playlist just for YOU! You can listen to the playlist from start to finish or listen to the songs that you need at the moment.
Motivation Playlist
Track 1: Healing by Kelly Price opens the gateway for us to understand that we do need healing. The only way to get back to loving us and motivating ourselves is to heal what is hurting us.
Tracks 2-7: Are to remind you to love yourself. Create the atmosphere you want around you and stand unapologetically in that energy.
Tracks 8-15 Motivate your damn self. When you know you are great at something or deserve something, don’t allow anyone to deter you from your dreams.
Tracks 16-20 There will be people and situations that will come to still your joy and break you, but keep on the path of your greatness. Don’t get distracted.
Tracks 21-23 (starting with Bruno) Adjust your crown queen. You are beautiful just the way you are. Don’t ever forget that you are the champion of your life.
