The first day of a new year and this is the best time to start new [positive] habits. Yesterday, I shared with you how to begin saving money with the 52 Week Money Challenge Remix, affectionately called the Anniversary Saving Plan. But what good is a saving PLAN when you haven’t changed or been taught how to change your financial [bad] habits.
This year, I vow to give resources that we as couples can use to CONNECT, COMMIT, AND BE CONSISTENT in our marriages.
One of the major agreements/disagreements in marriage is MONEY! When the money gets low, the love and commitment gets even lower. (in some marriages). The economy is causing more and more people to stretch the two pennies that they have. Its getting harder and harder to save but we all know we must have a rainy day fund.
So I wanted to help those that need help in managing their finances. Just how can you stretch those two pennies even more to take care of your family & save? I’m glad you asked. I am a member of the Bridal Tribe Tribal Wisdom Radio Network. We have partnered with Family Financial Management Practice, The Credit Woman LLC and Shabazz Management LLC to offer 3 couples the opportunity to win FINANCIAL COACHING. I am super excited about this opportunity. These financial experts have offered to coach 3 different sets of couples to get them to financial freedom and financial healing. This coaching will be intense but well worth it to get the families financially stable in 2014 and beyond.
Ok, so you want in & you want to win….Just how do you enter the giveaway! Its really simple, follow the steps below & you can enter daily. The winners will be chosen randomly using random.org.
Giveaway rules:
- Email your name to info@bridaltribe.com (Subject Line: Financial Management Giveaway)
- In the email, list the type of coaching you would like to win.
- If you are entering for more than one coaching, send a different email for each entry.
- Follow each company on Facebook: The Bridal Tribe, The Credit Woman LLC, Shabazz Management Group, LLC, Family Financial Management Practice
- Winners must be willing to give a written or video testimony.
Giveaway is open from January 1, 2014-February 28, 2014. The winners will be announced on March 1, 2014.
Don’t miss the opportunity to get professional assistance with getting the right tools & resources to get a solid financial footing in 2014. The coaching paired with the 52 Week Money Challenge Remix, you guys will be set to enjoy plenty of date nights (smile).
Which coaching session would you like to win?

My husband & I are doing this challenge. We are very different with our views on money. Not that I am not about saving but I think he is a bit extreme. He hoards it all rather than enjoying it & he works so hard for it, that I think it is a shame. Great post.

Great read. I love the offer for financial coaching and I wish I could avail of that. I remember my aunt who always said “When hunger walks through the door, love flies out the window.”

I love that this is offering great programs that can not only help you save money, but can potentially help to save a marriage. Divorce rates are high and money is one of the main causes, unfortunately. I am grateful for a happy marriage full of communication, including about money.
Mandi says
Our arguements are more related to parenting and helping around the house then they are money, but I do remember the first year that we lived together – arguements were always about money and paying bills. I’m glad we worked through that!
