Happy Saturday everyone! I normally do not post on Saturday but I thought I would give you a boost to finish the weekend off on a high note.
Marriage and relationships have highs & lows. We must capture both & learn from each and everything that takes place in our relationship. If you just focus on the negative you will miss out on the good times. The same goes for if you only focus on the good times. You must understand why you had the bad time to even appreciate the good times.
Are you capturing the most important acts in your marriage properly?

Thanks for sharing this. My husband and I just got through a pretty good sized fight and it’s good to read this. Btw, I love that picture of the little kid with the camera. Too cute!

Focus and the good and develop from the bad. I like that.

What a clever metaphor for life and marriage as a whole. It’s so true and I agree that without any of the bad times, the good wouldn’t be as lovely. I’ve known my husband since we were both 5 years old, and when I say we’ve been through everything, it’s the truth.
Growing up together is something that’s indescribable to someone who met their spouse as an adult, and there’s definite cons but the pros far outweigh them. To be married to one’s best friend is the best gift life’s given us, and adding a little one to the mix is like the cherry to our sundae and simply completes us.
