October is National Seafood Month and anyone that knows us, know we love seafood. Anytime we are able to get some good seafood, we are a very happy couple. You know we will travel for some good seafood. That is why I’m super excited about Memphis Seafood Week!
I know you are thinking: Memphis is the Barbecue capital. I hear ya, really I do. What folks fail to realize is Memphis is a culinary and foodie dream location. We have the best of the best food here and it includes seafood restaurants.
But I didn’t know October is National Seafood Month. Did you know that?
Several Memphis restaurants are participating in Memphis Seafood Week (October 17-21) as part of National Seafood month to help bring awareness to the health benefits that come along with consuming seafood. These restaurants are doing their part to encourage a healthier lifestyle by offering their patrons healthy seafood dishes.
