Thank you to P&G and Kroger stores for celebrating “Team Mom’s Everyday Victories”! Please visit the P&G’s event page to play games, win money off your next Kroger trip and more fun!
I was in Kroger over the weekend and noticed an in store promotion about Kroger celebrating and recognizing everyday victories of Moms. It got me to thinking about the victories we all have in marriage and life.
We all accomplish little/big victories daily. Have you really stopped to think about how the things you do is important to your family?
Your everyday victories can be as simple or complex as:
- How you managed to take a personal “time out” / relaxed
- You got your toddler to sleep in their own bed
- You or your child tried something new
- You hit a small-but-personal goal
- Scheduling and completing 15 minutes of quality time with your spouse daily
There are so many things we should celebrate but as Moms sometimes we forget that we have accomplished a big task and fail to take the time to celebrate our accomplishment.
Lately, I am celebrating the victory of incorporating more health meals into our dinner regimen. We have gotten into the habit of eating out or just stopping by a fast food place on our way home. Instead, I have started planning our meals and cooking.
This not only gives us a healthy meal but it also has gotten us back to the dinner table. We are now eating our meals at the dinner table (instead in our room watching TV) and having great conversations without having to wait for commercials.
This week, I want you to take time to recognize and celebrate your small victories. Don’t overlook anything! Take a picture of yourself smiling and enjoying the accomplishment and place on your refrigerator or bathroom mirror as a reminder: you are important and you DID IT!
What small but significant victory do you need to celebrate?

I think you have some great ideas! I love the idea of taking a picture and putting it up to remember the small but big accomplishments we make. Thank you for sharing.
I love P&G products and I’m not surprised they have another great event for consumers. P&G is the most generous company with products, samples & Coupons!
Those little victories reallyl do help me get through the day sometimes, just taking a moment and thinking of what I DID do instead of all I didn’t get accomplished.
OneMommy,
You are so right. When we analyze what we have done, it makes us feel really good and gives us the strength to accomplish more!

I just love how you approach your topics! I think it makes it a lot more fun to be able to celebrate the things that we don’t normally give ourselves credit for.
Wow, that is really great. Thanks for all your hard work.
Thanks Shawna!
