Anyone that knows me, know I love to eat! I mean I really know how to enjoy my food. That is why food for date night is an important aspect in our planning.
Is food important to you and your spouse during date night?
I take this perspective with us when we travel as well. Y’all know how much I love Olive Garden, but I don’t even eat Olive Garden when we travel.
During our recent trip to Miami, we found a hidden gem deep in Miami suburbs, CrabMan 305.
Let me tell you, there is no place on God’s green earth like CrabMan 305.
It is located in the “hood” and tugged away in a strip mall. CrabMan 305 doesn’t offer inside eating but they do have high boy tables outside for you to eat; however, we took our food to go and eat at the new by park.
We found this place on Yelp! We were looking for a place to get some seafood. The reviews and pictures are what persuaded us to mapquest the address and go!
OHHHHHHH, I am so glad we did.

Let me tell you about the fried lobster.
Honey, this thing right here, is DEE-LIC-IOUS! We had never had fried lobster. Oh, Lord, I could eat this every day + their amazing mac n cheese.
But before I get all caught up again looking at this Fried Lobster, let me tell you about the other food we ate there.
On our first time going to CrabMan 305, yes we went three days straight (don’t judge us), we tried the fried crab rice, crab legs, corn and mac n cheese. As I stated, there is nowhere to eat inside of the restaurant, so we took our food to go & headed to the park.
Before we headed over to the neighborhood park to enjoy our meal, we picked up a good adult beverage to enjoy with our meal.
Y’all know there is nothing like going into the hood and able to get everything you want and need in one shopping center!!!!
The best thing about CrabMan 305 not having anywhere inside for people to eat is the impromptu date in a park. We took our food and our drank and sat in the park parking lot and enjoyed our meal.
We really enjoyed the food. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed sitting outside eating, laughing and just having a good time!
Oh, wait? Did I tell you guys about the blue velvet cake? OMG! There is nothing that this man cannot cook.
We ate so much of this food that I made the husband take me back there on our way out of town. If you are ever in Miami, make sure you put this location on your must visit list.
And tell the owner,
Still Dating My Spouse sent ya!

Pamela and Step,
Hi! For living in FL 41 years, I can honestly say that I’ve never been to Miami! The food looks delicious in your pictures, and it does look like you both enjoyed it. I’m going to bookmark this under trip travel info!!
